Amazing how people can ignore mails from the system-administrator up untill the moment it goes wrong. Which happens of course exact to the letter as was warned in the mail from your precious missunderstood system administrator.

Have you ever not reported a problem with your computer to your sys-admin? I think we all did at one time or another, and have just worked around the issue. However, don’t come crying to the sys-admin when the system starts kicking you in the shines Beuh… Well at least it got resolved (at least, that is what I am looking into.

Vista and Canon play nice

Well I finally got the Vista updates for my Canon software, so I can use them properly again. Amazing how a simple update can really alleviate a lot of your issues. Anyway, I’ll hope to start shooting photo’s again soon and of course I’ll post them here

DELL Dimension C521

That’s the name of the model I ordered today. This workstation will become my testrig. It’ll run on an AMD Athlon X64 3800, 1GB RAM and a 80GB HDD. So not too shibby It will be used to install and test Windows Home Server. More on that later.
